Refund Policy

1. General Policy

CodeDesk offers refunds under specific conditions for our services. This policy outlines eligibility for refunds across our IT training and development services.

2. Refunds for Training Courses

Refunds for training courses are available under the following conditions:

• If the course is canceled by CodeDesk, a full refund will be provided.
• For student-initiated cancellations, refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date, minus a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds are available once the course has commenced or for partial attendance.

3. Refunds for Corporate Training Services

For corporate training services, refunds are handled as follows:

• In cases where CodeDesk cancels a corporate training session, a full refund or rescheduling is offered.
• Client-requested cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the training start date for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• For cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled training, no refunds will be provided, but rescheduling may be an option.

4. Refunds for Development Services

CodeDesk provides refunds for development services under these terms:

• Refunds for development services are only available if the project is canceled before any significant work has begun.
• Any cancellation after project commencement will be subject to partial refunds, depending on the project’s stage and resources utilized.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to refunds@codedesk.com with your service details, including your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
